I agree that normal/creepy becomes complicated when considering people on the autism spectrum. That is a good point. Simply making staring too long because you don’t know you’re making the other person uncomfortable doesn’t mean you’re a creep. If someone is socially inexperienced and unknowingly crossing a physical boundary, then it’s fine to tell them you’re not okay with it. But I would not label them as a creep.

I’d define creepy as the deliberate disregard of someone’s personal space. If you continue to flirt and intrude on someone’s space while knowingly making them uncomfortable, then I consider that creepy.
