How terrifying! The woman may not be emotionally or financially prepared to take on the responsibility you want to foist on her, even if she is a teenager or slightly younger, I presume. As long as she’s old enough to give birth, she “should take responsibility. She could be socioeconomically disadvantaged, should be mentally unwell, she could lack emotional support. She could be the victim of rape. She could have a condition that causes complications in birth. She could even die in childbirth. But still, she has to take responsibility, I suppose? It shows what it what it would actually be like for the man to also “take responsibility.”
